He said it was normal but compared with friend that got his tinted at different place and no issues. Update: after I updated the review, Hugo reached out to me an apologize for what inconvenience. He told me that they had an issue with the film and offered to change it at my convenience at no cost to me. I haven’t had the opportunity to take it back to him but will be doing it in the next couple of days. Customer service and client satisfaction is really important to him. More reasons why I will continue to take my cars and recommend people to him.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle’s tints, and at a reasonable price. I wasn’t able to pick up my car before they closed, but the owner met me after hours with the car. I was able to pay with Zelle which was super convenient. I would highly recommend it. They work pretty quickly as well.
